Wills / Trusts / Legal

Many people are afraid to establish a WILL, they think by creating a WILL they will meet death soon thereafter.  It is very important to establish a WILL and even if you have established a WILL in one state, then move!

You need to update the WILL to make sure the language in your WILL is consistent with what the state you reside in acknowledges.

WILLS / LIVING WILLS can be beneficial for several reasons!

Wills can distribute your property, name an executor, name guardians for children, forgive debts and more. Having a will also means that you, rather than your state’s laws, decide who gets your property when you die.

In most cases, wills are typewritten legal documents that are signed and witnessed, but some states do recognize other types of wills.
